Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain a responsive and SEO-optimized pharmacy website
- Integrate prescription management tools, contact forms, and online order capabilities
- Ensure the site is user-friendly, accessible, and HIPAA-compliant (where applicable)
- Implement e-commerce features for OTC products, secure payment gateways, and live chat
- Regularly test the site for performance, security, and mobile compatibility
- Troubleshoot bugs and provide ongoing support and updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer (preferably with e-commerce or healthcare sites)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Vue
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS)
- Understanding of pharmacy or healthcare website regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with online booking systems or prescription refill features
- Knowledge of backend technologies (PHP, Node.js, etc.)
- UI/UX design skills
