Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on performance.
- Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments promptly.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Creative skills in content creation (graphics, captions, reels, and short-form video).
- Familiarity with analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Based in Lagos and available for onsite work.
