Job description
- Proactively drive sales of solar energy systems and related products to individuals, businesses, and institutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets of ₦30M – ₦50M.
- Engage leads through calls, digital campaigns, site visits, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain strong customer relationships with continuous post-sale engagement.
- Utilize CRM and sales technology tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience closing high-value deals (e.g. solar, real estate, insurance, or other high-ticket sales).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the solar industry is a strong advantage.
