We are seeking a highly creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team on a hybrid contract basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, branding, and digital engagement, especially within the real estate industry.You will be responsible for developing engaging content (video, graphics, captions), managing social media platforms, and building a strong digital presence for our brand. You will work closely with our sales and property teams to translate real estate offerings into compelling digital content.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality video content (property tours, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle content)
• Design visual graphics for online and offline campaigns
• Manage daily content posting and community engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
• Monitor trends and competitor content to inform strategy
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Analyze social media performance and prepare reports with recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Portfolio showcasing video and graphic content (please include samples)
• Experience managing business or brand social media accounts
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, InShot, etc.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills
• Experience in or interest in real estate marketing is a strong advantage
• Must be based in Lagos and available for hybrid work (physical and remote)
