Job description

We are hiring a Remote Digital Marketer & Social Media Chat Support Agent to manage and grow our social media accounts, handle customer inquiries, and drive traffic to our pages. The ideal candidate will create and post engaging content, interact with potential customers, and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.

Responsibilities:Manage and update our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)Create and post engaging content (images, videos, and captions) 3 times weeklyRespond to customer inquiries via chat and direct messages in a timely mannerRun targeted marketing campaigns to attract customers in Lagos and Ogun State (for pork) and nationwide (for live pigs)Grow followers, engagement, and conversion ratesDevelop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awarenessMonitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements:Experience in social media management & digital marketingAbility to create engaging content (graphics & videos)Strong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of advertising & promotional strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsAppAbility to work independently & remotelyPrevious experience marketing agricultural products or food-related businesses is a plus
