Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business processes, managing resources efficiently, and driving operational excellence to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations and ensure efficiency across assigned branches/locations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with various departments (sales, HR, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operations management tools/software.
  • Experience in process optimization and resource management is highly desirable.
