About the Role:
We are seeking creative and results-driven Marketing Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in promoting our brand, developing strategies to attract customers, and supporting overall business growth across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to drive brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track performance.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to guide strategy.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support conversions.
- Organize events, activations, and community engagement programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistent branding and communication across all platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (digital or traditional). Fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations when needed.
