- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and grow audience interaction.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for better impact.
- Strong creative skills with experience in writing, video production, or graphic design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to turn complex ideas into fun, digestible, and engaging content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut) and basic design tools.
- A great sense of humor and a talent for making content that grabs attention.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Comfortable being on camera or voicing content when needed.
