Location: Fully Remote (Abuja-based candidates preferred)  
Project Description: We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to design an intuitive and visually appealing Project Management System for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, experience in designing web and mobile applications, and the ability to create seamless user experiences that enhance productivity and efficiency.  
Responsibilities:- Conduct user research to understand project requirements and user needs.  - Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for a Project Management System .  - Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with the company’s branding.  - Ensure intuitive navigation and optimal user experience across different devices.  - Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design concepts.  - Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.  - Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.  
Requirements:- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile designs.  - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software .  - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.  - Ability to create responsive designs with a focus on accessibility.  - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.  - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a 1-month timeframe .  
Compensation:- ₦350,000 - ₦500,000 (based on experience and expertise).  - Remote work with flexible hours.  - Opportunity for future collaborations on other projects.
