About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Serve as the point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting executive projects.
  • Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, visitors) with professionalism.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs to support decision-making.
  • Ensure follow-ups on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Calendly, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
