Job description


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years’ proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
