Location: On-site (Surulere, Lagos) - 50% Physical Presence Required  
Project Description:  We are seeking a talented and creative editor with a strong understanding of documentary storytelling, visual graphics, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will bring stories to life through compelling visuals and dynamic motion design, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a physical presence around Surulere, Lagos, for at least 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:  - Develop and implement creative editing strategies for visual and motion graphic content.  - Craft compelling narratives through video and graphic design for multiple platforms.  - Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into high-impact visual content.  - Manage and execute post-production tasks including editing, sound design, and color correction.  - Stay updated on the latest trends in documentary storytelling and motion graphics.  - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.  
Requirements:  - Proven experience as a Creative Editor with a strong portfolio in documentary storytelling.  - Proficiency in visual graphics and motion graphics software (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).  - Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.  - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  - Must be available to work on-site in Surulere, Lagos, for at least 50% of the time.  
Compensation:  - #150,000-200,000 per month.  - Full-term employment with a 6-month probation period. Hybrid
