About the Role:We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to join our team and bring our brand’s vision to life through engaging and impactful video content. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, filming, and editing videos that captivate our audience and align with our marketing and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our website.
• Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and product teams to develop video strategies that support campaigns, product launches, tutorials, and brand storytelling.
• Create compelling scripts and storyboards when needed.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (formatting, captions, thumbnails, SEO-friendly titles/descriptions).
• Stay current with video trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Maintain and manage video equipment and software, ensuring efficient production workflows.
• Analyze video performance and engagement metrics to improve future content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video creator, videographer, or similar role (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong storytelling skills and a good eye for composition, lighting, and sound.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for content creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and what works visually on each.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics or animation experience (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
