We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop, execute, and manage content strategies that enhance our brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B and professional networking platforms, ensuring our firm stays top-of-mind among industry leaders and potential clients.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement content calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, and InstagramCreate and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and short videosGrow our follower base and engagement through organic and paid strategiesManage daily interactions (comments, DMs, and mentions) professionallyMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine our approachCollaborate with internal teams to align content with business goalsTrack and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success
Requirements:Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar roleStrong understanding of B2B social media strategiesAbility to create high-quality visual and written contentExperience using social media analytics & scheduling toolsExcellent communication and storytelling skillsFamiliarity with LinkedIn ads, Twitter trends, and Instagram growth strategiesSelf-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience
